Honoring the Life and Legacy of Cheryl Lamier

Our ministry recently suffered a tremendous loss with the passing of one of our most beloved volunteers, Cheryl Lamier, on July 5, 2025.

Cheryl was more than a volunteer — she was a mother to eight, a grandmother, a faithful servant of Christ, and a tireless advocate for women and children. She gave her time, her heart, and her strength to the work of ProLove Ministries and LoveLine, serving in both quiet moments and great personal challenges.

No matter the circumstances — whether in hospital rooms, winter storms, or with her grandchildren on her lap — Cheryl showed up. She poured into others through years of hardship and years of abundance. Her mission was simple but profound: to do the next right thing, always trusting God to do the rest. She didn’t seek recognition — she simply followed God’s call.

Less than two weeks before Cheryl’s passing, tragedy struck on June 23, 2025 — her daughter’s home was destroyed in an explosion.

Thankfully, no one was hurt, and Cheryl’s daughter and her children were not at home. But they lost everything but the clothes they were wearing.

We are currently collecting donations and essential items to help Cheryl’s family rebuild while grieving the loss of the mom and grandma they loved so much. Cheryl helped reclaim motherhood for dozens of women through LoveLine over the past five years. Let’s do the same for her family in their season of mourning.
