LoveLine Referrals
Do you have a client who would benefit from LoveLine’s services?
We are happy to help, but first, we have some screening questions and tips to make this process go smoothly for everyone involved. LoveLine’s resources are limited, so if case management is offered in your center, please refer to your case management manual for help navigating challenges for your client.
- Has this client exhausted all resources in her area? Have you done due diligence in referring to every option to meet her needs and followed up with these contacts?
- Our core client demographics include women who are pregnant and families with infants. These clients are given priority.
- Can your center coordinate care and cost-share the client’s needs with our LoveLine team?
- Your referred client must contact LoveLine through the hotline and schedule an intake according to our process. This must be done by the client and not the referring party.
- Honest communication is necessary for all parties. When referring to LoveLine, please let your client know that he/she will need to follow our protocol, answer questions honestly, and submit all requested documentation.
